Follow a modern nomad around the world. Having an innate thirst for adventure, Martin Patrick Schroeder has been travelling the world since 2007, covering most distances on bicycle. Crossing the Alps and Andes, the Sahara and Atacama deserts, the Amazon and Borneo jungles are just tiny parts of this trip of a lifetime.
#The quest
The main goal is visiting all 193 UN member states, or in other words: Visit every country in the world. Be it on foot, by bicycle, bus, train, boat or plane; anything goes.
The secondary goal is avoiding to rush through. Each country has different history, architecture, landscapes and people. It is important to me to experience them all, spending time in smaller places, talking to the locals, visiting spots otherwise ignored by tourists.
